We have a well-trained and motivated armed response team operating at our current Armed Response areas, and we have the capabilities to expand our Armed Response Services to suit client’s needs in Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas. Response officers are hand-picked and well trained to ensure efficiency. We strive to improve on response times and proper attendance to alarms and emergency calls. Our Response officers are trained in first aid and can deal with any security emergency. Our fully equipped and operational control room is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our control room operators are trained and ready to assist with any security-related requirement. The control room monitors all linked alarm systems and cameras, domestic and commercial.

With intrusion detection set up on our cameras, the control room automatically receives a notification on screen in the event of movement in a demarcated area. Intrusion detection is site-specific and set to the requirements of the client. As this monitoring service is internet-based, we can monitor alarms and cameras nationally from our Control Room and take immediate pro-active and reactive steps to mitigate the threats and to provide crucial information to response teams/ persons. Clients can report any incident, system requirement or technical issues to the control room at any time.
